The general theme of the book is that you only accomplish what you force yourself to accomplish. I was actually pretty excited to read the book, but struggled to finish it. It took several days or picking it up and putting it down to complete, only because the author repeats himself every chapter. He doesn’t reiterate his point to remind you, he literally lays out a plan for how you’re going to take control of your life in the first chapter or two, then spends the remaining chapters saying the same exact thing over and over again. Complacency kills. Many of us men are wandering aimlessly and are dead inside.
